Do not sell my personal information

Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the legislation, California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. Learn more about CCPA and your privacy rights.

How to opt out

The good news is that it doesn't matter if you're from California, the EU, or any other place: We will never sell or share your information without your express written permission, unless required by law with a duly delivered subpoena by a court of law in the Province of Ontario (Canada).

It's as simple as that. No one likes data brokers and privacy breaches, and we're taking our personal stand against it here.

As we do use the Shopify platform for our site, they do have their own privacy policies that we don't have control over where it regards data that you can find here:

Again, what personal data and information we do have control over we will never, ever (never x infinity) share to anyone unless a court orders us to.
